Matatag ang adhikain.
Grassroots advocacy, made formidable.
ADHIKAIN is the operating system for legal-aid outreach. Run your programs end to end — from field intake to a resolved case — in one workspace built for the work. Partner with law offices on DANGAL and your volunteer lawyers’ pro bono hours are credited automatically.
Why ADHIKAIN
Run any legal-aid program
Birth registration, agrarian claims, labor cases — set up a program from a Blueprint and take it live in minutes.
Consent-first intake
Capture cases in the field with explicit, timestamped consent baked into every step — auditable end to end.
Lawyer credit, built in
Volunteer lawyers link their firm's DANGAL — verified IBP and Roll standing, and creditable hours that flow back automatically.
The problem
Millions of Filipinos can’t claim what’s already theirs.
A child without a birth certificate can’t enroll, can’t get PhilHealth, can’t be issued a passport. A farmer without a titled lot can’t defend it. A dismissed worker without papers can’t file. The right exists — the paperwork is the wall.
For the community
A right with no document is a right you can't use — late registration, lost records, untitled land, unfiled claims.
For the NGO
The work lives in spreadsheets no funder can audit, and cases fall through the cracks between volunteers.
For the volunteer lawyer
Real fieldwork that never counts toward the 60 pro bono hours the Supreme Court now requires.
ADHIKAIN closes both gaps: one workspace to run the outreach, and a clean bridge that turns that fieldwork into recognized pro bono compliance.
How it works
From a Blueprint to a resolved case.
Whatever program you run, the shape is the same: stand it up from a Blueprint, capture the work in the field, move each case to its outcome — and, where you partner with law offices, credit the lawyers who helped. All from one workflow.
- 1
Set up a program
Pick a Blueprint — a pre-built, customisable template for a kind of legal-aid work — name it, and your program is live with consent capture on by default.
- 2
Run it in the field
Capture intake on outreach — consent recorded first — and move each case through a guided workflow, with status tracked at every stage to the outcome that matters.
- 3
Credit your lawyers
Partner with law offices on DANGAL and a volunteer's creditable work lands in their firm's compliance record as validated pro bono — no extra paperwork. An upgrade, not a requirement.
Blueprints
Start from a Blueprint.
Ready-made program templates — the intake form, the workflow, the consent, the creditable activities — set up for a kind of legal-aid work. Adopt one, make it yours, and run the first caravan this week instead of building from a blank page.

Any program
Build your own
Define the intake, the workflow, the consent, and the creditable acts. The engine does the rest.
Creditable · You map each activity to a credit type
Customising a Blueprint never forks it or cuts you off from updates. Credit is typed by activity — document prep, representation, counselling — not by program, so any NGO’s creditable work maps cleanly to pro bono hours.
Works on its own
No law firm? No problem.
ADHIKAIN is complete on its own. Run your programs, manage cases, track volunteers and hours, and report to funders — with zero law offices linked, and your beneficiaries’ data never leaving your workspace. The DANGAL pro bono bridge is an upgrade you switch on when you’re ready, never a requirement.
The flagship, up close
Batang Juan, ready to run.
Here’s what running a Blueprint looks like. Batang Juan — universal birth registration — stands up from the template, runs a caravan, and turns field work into numbers you can report to funders. Every other Blueprint follows the same shape.

Built for the field
Credible where it counts.
Outreach happens in hard places, with vulnerable people, under the Data Privacy Act. ADHIKAIN is engineered for exactly that.
Offline-first capture
Outreach reaches places the grid doesn't. Intake works fully offline and reconciles on sync — zero data loss, no duplicate emissions. (Phase 1.)
Consent as a record
Under the Data Privacy Act, consent isn't a checkbox — it's a first-class, timestamped record attached to every beneficiary, auditable end to end.
PII never crosses to firms
Beneficiaries' identifying data stays in your workspace. Only pseudonymized payloads reach a lawyer's firm — verified by contract tests.
Manually vetted NGOs
Every organization is reviewed and approved by hand before going live. The network stays small, trusted, and accountable.
Pricing
Free for the NGOs doing the work.
Accredited NGOs run on ADHIKAIN at no cost. Signup is free today and approved by hand — paid tiers arrive in a later phase.

Questions
The short answers.
Is ADHIKAIN only for birth registration?
No. Birth registration (Batang Juan) is the flagship Blueprint, but ADHIKAIN runs any legal-aid program — agrarian, labor, family protection, disaster documentation, or one you build yourself.
Do we need a partner law firm to use ADHIKAIN?
No. ADHIKAIN works fully on its own. The DANGAL pro bono bridge is an optional upgrade you switch on whenever you partner with a law office.
Is it really free?
Yes — free for accredited NGOs to start, including the DANGAL bridge. We don't charge the NGOs doing the work to begin.
Is our beneficiaries' data safe?
Yes. ADHIKAIN is built for the Data Privacy Act: consent-first, pseudonymized, and access-logged. Personal details never cross to a law firm — only a coded reference and a consent flag do.
How do volunteer lawyers get credit?
Through their firm's DANGAL and a one-time identity link. After that, the creditable acts they log on your caravans flow in as validated pro bono hours.
What is DANGAL?
DANGAL is the companion system law offices use to manage Supreme Court pro bono compliance. ADHIKAIN bridges to it so volunteer fieldwork counts — but never requires it.
